Algae ID?

Can someone help with this algae ID? It grows in little clumps and hangs on to imperfections in the glass in high flow areas. I have yet to see any on my rock and it pops up on the glass occasionally for the last month or so.

It's not chaeto and it doesn't look like green hair algae.
