Can anyone tell me what kind of algae this is an how do I get rid of it?

Looks to be a Mix that includes GHA, maybe Turf and you need something to control the Aiptasia. Try a Convict Tang a good bit of blue leg hermits , one Halloween hermit with a few more snails to polish off the work. Often tangs eat more algae if there's at least one additional tang in the tank so keep that in mind if the Convict doesn't want to clean. Burgharia for the Aiptasia or you could try a few peppermints.
 
I have two peppermint and a filefish and they don’t do anything. I’ve been trying to kill it with a taser but that’s not working either. It’s only a 36 gallon so I don’t have a Thang in there.
