Algae ID?

Can someone help me id this algae?

I dipped the 3 frags in hydrogen peroxide right before the video so that’s why they’re all closed up.

i used a soft paint brush to get most of it off but there’s still a few stands left. What exactly is this?

 
I think it's blenny food, as shown in the video!
Really, though, it is hard to see for a sure ID from this video. I hesitate to make suggestions that could lead to attempting resolutions for an issue that may not be the case...

Common types of algae introduced to reef tanks that come to mind right now and that look similar to yours are green/brown hair algae filaments or bryopsis.
 
If I cleaned the areas and ran the water through a filter sock, could I reuse the water or will it have spores etc of whatever this stuff is?

I’m asking because I just did a large water change 3 days ago so I don’t want to clean the water too much.
