Algae Id?

Been battling it for a couple weeks but it has become out of control. The phosphates/nitrates at 0 and somehow it keeps growing. Looks like brown hair algae but its ridiculously hard to manual remove as it is attached pretty hard.

This is a pick under normal white light. It kind of looks like bryopsis but I am not sure.

Gotcha, I don’t have any experience with that, I’d help if I could though. Do you have a good cleanup crew?
