Algae Identification from photos

Hi Can anyone id this algae? Diatoms? Dino's? or Hair algae

It forms long strands and where thick looks like fine hair with a few bubbles. Brushes off reasonably easily but grows back over 24 hours. Hairs look very seperate and a brown colour, not overly slimy or snotty looking

Tank params

pH 8.3, Alk 7.5, Salinity 1.025, Phosphates near zero, Nitrates 4.5

Tank is an emergency upgrade as old tank developed leak, transferred all live rock from old tank(1 year old) and added some aqua forest af rock due to volume increase. Had to do in hurry so no time to cycle properly.

If stays at night could be cyano else most likely Dino. You need a microscope to ID

Considering that the solution is the same no matter if dinos or Cynobacteri: You need competitors & consumers.
How long since you transferred everything from 1 yr mature tank? Looks like new tank uglies to me. Consider increasing your clean up crew with diversity which includes detrivores in the sandbed as well as snails & pods, which includes amphipods & copepods.

Not knowing your system, consider a ChemiClean treatment to oxidize organic sludge in sediments. This would also directly oxidize Cynobacteria.

use a gravel vac when doing partial water changes.
