Algae identification needed?

Hi all, can you ID this algae for my? I think it is Cyano but not 100% sure.

Looks kinda like dinos to me. Do you have either/ both 0 nitrate and 0 phosphate?

20 nitrates(Red Sea rest kit) and .08(Hanna ULR phosphate tester)

Ah then not dinos unless you removed biomedia or something that disturbed the bacteria. Cyano forms fuzzy looking red mats but it doesn't look like that from the pics at least not to me
