I had a case of bryopsis a while back, treated it with some bryopsis-go-away-stuff (white powder, forget the name) so I thought it had returned, but this looks different. It doesn't have the branching fern structure like bryopsis. It's texture is firm and it's a little difficult to scrub off the rocks with a toothbrush.

Current Perameters according to Hannah:
Nitrate 7.3
Phosphate 0.12
Alkalinity 8.3
Salinity 1.025

According to Neptune Apex Probes:
Temp 89.6
Ph 8.37
Orp 309
Weekly 10% awc

Maybe it's a macro algae? I can't find anything online that matches this, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Can anyone direct me to a good source for identification?
