Hello! Fairly new saltwater tank (2-3 months), has a few corals and two fish. Recently started seeing these almost like seaweed looking algae. Just curious what they are and if I need to do anything about it, they seem to mainly be on the rocks.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

sorry, I shouldve thought about the lighting. It seems like two different types:

Looks like a relatively new tank, you’ll experience lots of interesting algae types. This one looks like the start of just green hair algae.

Looks like new tank uglies, maybe some Bryopsis.

Should this be something that I should be actively removing? or adding something to prevent it? or just kinda continue as normal with weekly water changes. I just didnt want to get behind on it

If it is bryopsis, I would actively remove it. You can take the rock out and put some hydrogen peroxide on the bryopsis.
