Algae identification

This algae keeps growing on my glass and I have to continually wipe it off.. what is it and what can I do to prevent it?

looks like green algae or some sort. Do you mind telling me some parameters. Nitrate,Nitrite,Phosphate,Ammonia and how long your lights are on and how many times you feed and fish count,size of tank,any water changes. basically basic info on the tank.

Oh that is odd

What kind of snails are in the tank? How many?
Does it have a firm structure like bubble algae or soft mush.
