This stuff snuck in on a frag, and is starting to grow across my zoa garden. Help with identification and elimination please.

Based on the size of the roots in the first picture it looks more like Caulerpa of some sort IMO.

Hard to tell but it looks like bryopsis to me.

Will flucozanole kill my chaeto?

No. It only kills off GHA and Bryopsis. It is also fish, coral, and invert safe.
