Algae identification

Hi every one
I have finally started another tank after 6 years I have been cycling now for 3 weeks and have now started noticing brown spots appearing on the rocks is this the diatom bloom expected or something more sinister all help welcome
Params ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 25
