Algae Identification?

So I’ve had my tank cycling for about 3 months with no lights on. Now that I’ve introduced fish and coral in I’m getting a stringy algae on my frag racks... lights only max at about 40% right now (RadionXR15). Anybody know exactly what this is and how I should treat it?

Looks like Dino’s to me, do you have pictures with more white light?
