Can anyone identify the type of algae in the photo and video attached? It’s all over the tank, glass, rocks.

Can anyone identify the type of algae in the photo and video attached? It’s all over the tank, glass, rocks.

These are flagellate cells - Not dinoflagellates or even lungbya but dark blue pics make it hard to distinguish.
Could use pics under white lighting. I can say a stick algae cleaner as pictured will remove them easily

Here are a few photos under a white light. My phosphates are about .25 and nitrates are at 0. I know I have to get my nitrates up a bit. The stuff comes off pretty easily when wiped off.
