Algae if please

I have this on and in my sand bed in my peninsula tank . It’s only in the back of the tank with lower flow area I was going to add another power head but can’t get it that close to the sand bed with out throwing the sand everywhere. I vacuum my sand bed every two weeks with my wc but seems to come back fast and it seems to make the sand clump up and is hard to vacuum out . The tank is going on 8 months old now sorry for the blue pic

My guess is it's a couple kinds of algae. See my post (#22) in this thread for different ways you can deal with it.
