Algae infestation. What is it?

I have been battling this stuff. I thought it was GHA but fluconazole did nothing. LFS says good chance it's turf algae. When manually removing during water change, I dumped out a bucket and this was in the sink. It's the best picture to show what I have. Any idea what it is?

Looks like an algae that falls under the heading “green hair algae”
