Algae issue, and Algae ID,

Looking at what you have, focus on phosphate and nitrate levels which may be elevated and contributing to this
Additionally, reduce white light intensity a little which is part of the food source for algae
ARE YOU USING RODI WATER OR TAP WATER FROM THE FAUCET?
Is tank at or near a window?

for snails:
4 turbo
4 astrea
3 trochus
4 nassarius
6-8 blue leg hermit crabs
—Siphon the surface as needed —

This right here. @vetteguy53081 has some solid advice.

And be careful with vibrant. You do not want nutrients to bottom out. That leads to a whole other world of issues.

Typically you can change how much you feed, photoperiod, better water source if you are not using 0 tds water, etc. and things turn around on their own.

Biggest thing is no major changes in a quick timeframe. Go slow and it will be beat.

Ok we have a few hermit crabs, not sure if they are the specific blue leg but we have like 6, the tank is not right next to a window, but it about 5 feet away from the window, no sun reaches it, we use RODI water we have a rodi filter.

You'd be surprised at 10 feet from window how much UV penetrates and reaches tank and promote algae as was a prime suspect why I asked

aight then ill think of places to move it
You can begin with Black construction paper on side of tank facing window to block light. a 30" X 30" at walmart is 92 cents
