Algae Issues

Hi all, I have neglected my tank for a while as I have been very busy adn just let it coast.
Due to this I have a bit of Cyano and Hair Algea is very dense in places.
The tank now only has two Clowns and no coral.
What is the best way to get rid of this as I can dose what I like because there is no coral to worry about because I want to sort it before I start adding coral again.

Clean surfaces/glass/etc
Siphon well. Add 1.5ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons for a week
Leave lights off 3-5 days since no coral
Clean filters and skimmer cup during black out
