Algae keeps returning

I would recommend getting a cheap microscope off Amazon and ID this correctly. I agree with others about keeping nutrients in the tank, I started feeding pellets 2x day plus frozen 3x day, added a uv and started adding live phytoplankton and mine cleared up.
 
I took photos under a microscope today at school. Maybe this will help us identify it 100%. These photos are off algae off of the glass.
