Algae on live rock

Can anyone tell me the best way to eliminate this algae off my live rock? Tank is 13 months old. Mixed sps. Phosphates are at .00 on Hanna. I do nitrate dose keeping it between 5-15ppm. My tangs keep it in check but it looks hideous. Any help

Black out the tank for three days if you don’t want to chemically treat the tank. Totally wrapp it up from all lights. If you have wrasses this always seems mess up their internal clock so be careful
