Is there anything that can be done to try to maximize algae growth or at least minimize loss during 30 day copper treatment in DT? lights are minimized as I notice increase sensitivity to It during treatment. Thx.

I can’t think of anything that would help you right now. Taking the rock out to scrub them will mess with your copper levels I think and since a typical clean up crew can’t live in the copper...I’m not sure? Sorry @Flame2hawk

Thx. I figured I try to get some input as I haven’t seen this addressed anywhere...probably because a solution does not exist....

Most people don’t run copper in tanks with rock so it’s not a common thing to talk about algae in a coppered tank. I think you are the one with a huge tank and many large fish though, right?
