Algae on sand

Hey all I’m new to this site so bear with me. I have a 55 gal tall with 70# LR 80# live sand boo ball filter with a reef octopus hob skimmer with a reefbreeder photon v2 light. I have had gha, diatoms you name the algae I’ve probably had it. Now for some reason I have dirty looking sand, and cloudy water any suggestions?
