can someone ID what these are? White dots with legs? Or some type of algae? It’s all over my beautiful green rock and glass...

Theyre Hydroids. Can sting coral if it gets near to them. Simply scrape off with edge of a credit card into a net and discard

I believe they're pineapple sponge. Harmless.
