Algae problem in my nano tank help!

hello my aquarium has algae like brown thread which is 15 months old what can i do, i used fritz algea clean out and it doesn't work
tank dimensions 24''x24''x14''
lighting radion xr15 g4 pro ( %45 intensty sps ab+)
parameters; ca 460 mg 1365 kh 8.9 po3: 0.1 ph 8

Immediately check you phosphate and nitrate.
Bet they are low. (phosphate) Could be the beginning of dinos.

lights work 11 hours in total ,I wanted to use it because fritz removes harmful algae

And you think the chemical knows the difference between the bad and the good?

This may be why your having troubles.
Throw some activated carbon on after a 20%ish water change. Remove the carbon after about a week.
Check all parameters again after that.

How many fish in the system? How much do you feed?
