Algae problem, maybe dinos?

Just wanted to get y’all’s opinions on what this long brown stringy algae is in my tank, about 3 maybe 4 months old now and just had this start developing in my tank, grew very fast, I’ve read about peroxide dosing and you can see in my welcome thread that I don’t have carbon or anything like that so maybe that could help? Thanks.
