Welcome to R2R, are you using filtered water.?

Are your test your nitrates and phosphates? What is a ca, mg, alk, ph please

IMO your algae is your best friend as we speak.
Maybe not the answer you like to hear but we all know algae will take out all your high nutrients levels.
Cause you have algae that's the reason your tank didn't crash yet.
I assume you have a canister filter looking at the spray bar in your tank what is the size and do you clean that every month?
Without knowing a bit more about your tank we can't do much and do only so much.
What light and how long is it on?
What do you dose?
How often you do a WC?
Filter and other reactors?
Livestock?
What sand did you use?
Were the rocks cured or were they live?
