Algae problems

If your test is po4 at 0.03 and no4 at 10 why having algae problems. Next lights?

Excess nutrients (that aren't being exported properly)+ semi intense lighting = algae

So would it wise to think my m/h t5 light be too much? 75dt with 150 watt mh 4 54 watt t5?

Algae can consume excess nutrients rapidly, so sometimes parameters may appear to be artificially low. More information about your system would better help people assist you.
