This algae started as a tiny little patch about the size of a quarter and I thought nothing of it but within a week it has become this...I tried stiring my sand and removing it but it comes back within 2 days. Ive been doing water changes and running my skimmer wet to no avail. Tank has been up and running since August 2017. Readings are:
po4 - .25
no3 - 0
nh3 - .25 (not sure why as nothing is new or has passed on)
ca - 530
kh - 8.9
mg - 1480

Fish are 1 royal gramma, 1 bangaii, 1 ywg, a cleaner shrimp, 5 hermits, 12 turbos, and a fighting conch. Thank you all in advance, just trying to figure out what to do next. I've included some photos in the hopes you guys/gals can offer some advice.

What foods are you feeding ?
Do you check PH?

No sweat. I’ll assume that’s toward the middle end of the day, so it the peak?

Try skipping the LRS for a week or two.
Try some kalk wasser in the ato.
(I just use the liquid after it settles. About 300-400 ml in my 2.5 g ato)
If you have some bottled bacteria add some. I’m a dr Tim’s fan myself

Fwiw, I love LRS , but in my sumpless tank , I get a film on top and then some cyano. My 55g , I don’t have that problem.

Can you explain the kalk wasser part? I've never used that before and am not to sure about how/what to use? Is it a liquid I add to my top off water? Thank you for your reply. Do you think it's cyano, dinos, or diatoms?
