Hey guys,

Have a 65G mixed aquarium. 6 months old. Been having decent water parameters: nitrate 5, phos 0, 1.024, 77 F.

Noticed some nice healthy green algae on the rocks you can see at the beginning of the videos tasted, but i noticed a darker green/brownish long hair algae you can see at the end. The algae in the sand almost appeared reddish. But now its looking more brown. I usually do a 10% water change every week. This week I'm a little behind (cuz im working back to back. So I'll prolly do a 20% at the end of the week). Any suggestions? Is this healthy? Should I add some type of inverts to attack this? Kinda still newish and I enjoy feedback!

You could get some crabs or something but a new tank is going to have some algaes regardless. A conch would be a nice addition.
