Title says it all, just wondering their output hose needs to be near skimmer intake like biopellet reactors? Thanks

Simple answer. Not really. The output can be wherever. Perfect scenario, the algae reactor/scrubber is before the skimmer.

Put the outlet in the return chamber... Or anywhere else really. For the purposes of this exercise, the outlet doesn't matter. Having the most nutrients available to the reactor is your best bet. Before the skimmer is the best place.
