algae reactor question

Wondering has anyone put ulva in an algea reactor instead of cheato ? Yes no ? And why not ??

I suspect that people are steered away from ulva because the belief that it can get into the display tank and become a nuisance, but I'm not 100% sure.

Also the way chaeto grows makes it easy to deal with and remove.
