Looking for someone that has an algae reactor plumbed inline with their algae reactor. Wondering if this will help remove excess CO2 and promote higher pH?

My effluent is plumbed into my skimmer to drive off c02. I can't see why it wouldn't work.
PaxBellum sells a kit for their reactors that installs inline with the CaRX.... Just wondering if anyone has used one....In theory it seems like it would work.

A properly tuned carx will have little to no effect on your tanks ph.
I have thought of dripping my carx into my remote fuge but dont see a need for it. The co2 will help the plants grow though.

If you do a quick search on the Deltec Twin Tech calcium reactor and reef builder’s, he had the effluent hose going into an algae bed when he did the review I think for that exact reason

Thanks... I just watched that video and it is essentially just like what I am looking to do. Makes total sense.

I used to run my CaRX effluent line into my refugium to take care of any access CO2 but I never saw much of a difference in pH but it can't hurt.

I currently run my CaRx into my Refuglum. As was mentioned I have to believe the algae welcome any CO2 that may remain.
