Please help....we went on vacation last week and came home to find red bubble algae on our gorgonian coral. How can I remove this? Is it ok to scrape it off or is there a better method? Thanks in advance!

Thanks NanaReefer. I can see to remove the bubbles, but how do I remove the base of the bubbles where they attach to the coral? Won't it just re grow again and keep the polyps from being able to open?

They may or may not. But if you keep on it they'll eventually stop. It's the most non-invasive means of removal. It is how I've been doing it successfully :)
