Need help with ID. First pic I’m thinking is golden brown algae, second cyano. Can anyone confirm?

First one looks like unicellular algae, not dinoflagellates. The second is a mix of cyanobacteria and hair algae.Need help with ID. First pic I’m thinking is golden brown algae, second cyano. Can anyone confirm?
