Found this algae scraper on Amazon. Looks very similar if not identical to the TLF scraper reviewed on reef builders a few months ago,
Uses old school razor blade securely fastened in what appears to be stainless steel with a two part handle.works great at getting to hard places and scraping coralline off the glass

It’s a chance you take but should work
 
One suggestion (I used this tool as well) is to get some food grade silicon spray. About $15 from Amazon.

I rinse off my stainless steel tools after each use and give them a spritz and wipe down with this stuff. No rust in over a year. I also use it now for my frag tools and any tools I use in/around the tank (pliers/snips/scissors etc).
