I have been under utilizing my scrubber until recently. I now have it running at max efficiency and it has destroyed the GHA in my display. My question is my skimmer cup used to fill up a lot but now I barely get a 1/4” of skimate a week. Is the scrubber reducing the amount of junk in the water as well as helping with nutrient export?

The only thing I can think of is if the "junk" in your tank is breaking down faster because your scrubber is doing so well with the nutrient removal making the cycle faster and more efficient thus giving your skimmer less stuff to remove.
