Hello everyone,
I’m currently in the market for either a algae scrubber or opt in to the idea of placing mud/sand in my sump with chaeto and a kessel LED n call it a day. Thoughts on the two? I want to reduce nitrates and phos naturally instead of continuing to dose no pox every now and then.

With a good scubber you have to worry about uln you do not want 0 nitrates or 0 phosphates. Not good . Scubbers are designed for a specific amount of food to be added every day. Not anoph and you get uln to much you get high nutrients. You have to find the right amount of food.
