Hello. I'm getting a drop1.2 for my tank. I need an air pump and a timer they said. Can you guys help me out with reasonably priced ones? There are so many options on Amazon and eBay.

I use a DROP.6x in a nano tank I have running and am using a Fluval air pump I picked up at PetSmart. It does the job, but it's pretty loud. I also ended up having to buy extra tubing because the tubing that came with the pump was a little short.

For the light timer, I had a cheap one leftover I bought one year to use for Christmas lights. I think I got it at Target. The brand is Woods. It's similar to these:


I put algae that was growing in my display on the screen inside the scrubber to seed it. It took about a month to get going.

Really depends on how big it is depends on how big of a pump you need
