Algae Scubber Help needed please

I have DIY algae scrubber that I would like to know best way to place pump for it. Current sump is Ruby 36. 1st chamber I have my socks, skimmer and pump for carbon canister. 2Nd chamber is currently some live rock and media with the algae pump there. Question is that the best placement for the algae pump or should I move things around. Open to all suggestions

I placed plexiglass right across the sump and placed scrubber on top of it for easy access to screen for cleaning
