Algae taking over cant stop it need help

Well water change doesnt really help , so lowering ligh maybe dose vingar in small ammoumts with oceanmagic for bacteria boost ?

Takes about 2 weeks for pods/bacteria to start chewing up phyto... turn the white component to 0-1% and run blue light... guve it about a week or two longer before you start adding additives

So quick update. After 84 hr blackout and some phyto feeding 90 % disapeared. I will turn off whites as was recomended to see if it will make difference. But gsp opened up nicely so im assuming there is light at the end of tunnel haven't tested water yet

Everyone need help again , my tank look horrible now im confused if its diano or ciano. So i added couple bags of chemipure u know to drop silicas snd phos but the this happened (see pictures )
