Algae (think its diatoms)

Hey everyone,

I have some of this algae in the tank but its all over the rock. I can blow it off easy but have no idea what it is and why it keeps coming back. I have my flow fairly high but will only come off with the baster.

Seems about right, just looked diffrent then what i was seeing online.
