Brown and gold algae on my glass rock and sand. Looks awful. Tank had been going about 7 or 8 weeks. I guess this is a diatom bloom?

Yep sounds like it. It'll run it's course and be gone before you know it.

Hi, I am having some issue on 29 gallon nano tank, I have bloom of some brown dust type of stuff on my rocks and sand bed. 0 ammonia, ph 8.2 0 nitrite, 0 nitrate do once a month water change buy ftom LFS. No corals yet just live rocks and fish.
