hello everyone I’m having an algae breakout, it’s been this way for a couple of weeks 0 nitrite, 0 nitrate and 0 ammonia any clues to what it might be

Check your phosphates. I noticed you checked everything but that. Higher phosphate levels will equate to algae outbreaks. Do you run GFO? Do you have a nutrient export method such as a refugium?
Do you dose any supplements?
If you don't run GFO or have a refugium, my recommendation would be to dose Red Sea's NoPox to manage your algae.

I agree, I would get the phosphate tested. Are you using rodi? Somthing is fueling the alge growth.
It doesn’t look like the common new tank uglies.

I would not use nopox , as it’s an organic carbon dosing method. It hits and lowers nitrates first. As you are testing new as zero nitrates , I would not use it.
In the mean time , I would remove as much as you can with a toothbrush and floss or mechanical filtration.
What are the members of your clean up crew? I’d say that should be addressed as well.

The phosphates are showing zero, that was my thought as well, and right now I’m using the all in one
the phosphates are reading 0 and I use salifert all in one. And no refuge just a simple biocube

Keep in mind that the entire reason we operate aquariums is to get stuff to grow in them. And, unless we make them completely devoid of nutrients, something will grow. Normally, we want what grows to be coral, but that isn't going to dominate in a new tank. The next preference would be good types of algae which it appears you have. The thing we don't want is the bad algae and problematic bacteria like cyano and dino's.
I would boost up your CuC first or maybe cut back on feeding. If you try to use chemicals, like GFO, you are much more likely to find yourself battling cyano or dino's.
