I am new to keeping saltwater fish I’ve been doing it for about a little over a year and the entire time I’ve struggled with algae mainly stringy brown algae on the sand and long stringy brown algae on my rocks for the first year I didn’t have rodi but about 4 months ago I invested in one and while I saw slight improvements I wasn’t very satisfied I do a 7 gallon water change per week on a 32 gallon tank and I just need solutions

I’m not sure if these are accurate I’m using an api freshwater test kit because I heard it also worked for saltwater I included a picture of the test in the order I listed above left to right
pix of algae is not clear but it appears there are bubble on the algae, can u confirm this? If so then that is Dino from low nutrient. this thread discusses it in detail

Dinoflagellates – Are You Tired Of Battling Altogether?
I don't know what percentage of folks had luck battling dinos with any of the methods in the old Dino thread but it's obviously a very low percentage, so I'd like refresh folks on the natural alternatives and lay out three areas of info: some of the factors that contribute to a dino outbreak...
