Algae?

I'm having an issue with algae, not sure what kind it is. My latest readings done this morning were:
Nitrate 0
Phosphate 0.071
Alk 9.576
Ca 600
Mg 1230
PH 7.9
Salinity 1.025

I have a 26 gal Red Sea nano peninsula, it's been up and running for 9 months. Up until this morning my phosphates were 0, so I thought maybe diatoms, it's mostly brown and stringy clinging to my corals. Any idea what it could be and how should I treat it? I hope the image I attached comes through ok.

Try still pic. when it comes to diatoms and dinos, guessing is not an option. If your phos readings are correct, it may be diatoms
