Hi I was wondering what would help clear up my tank I started running chemipure for a week the tank cleared up it was really bad but it went back to this would a big water change help? Or turning my lights down? Any suggestions would be great thanks!

Need a few more details here, is this a fresh start up? With what looks like cyano on the bottom could just be poor flow. Re-positioning the pump towards the center of the tank could help. Otherwise if it is a newer setup it may very well be a phase as the tank matures. Another factor could be feeding. I only see a couple small fish in the tank, are you feeding much?

Sorry about that I set the tank up on March 16 and I feed every other day at the most.
 
water par?. any clean up crews? sand sifters? lights? nutrient absorption?
 
I couldn't tell you par not home no clean up crew and a scooter blenny and a reefbreeder photon also chemipure is the only nutrient.
