Algea can't find out what it is

So I have this algea that's been poping up for the last month and can't seem to find what it is. It looks like as if you took a pine needle and just stuffed it in a crack in the rock. I am hoping someone can ID it for me.

I do know there is a little GHA around it.

The pictures are a bit soft. Looks like a turf algae a calurpa in the second pic on the frag plug , and the tall ones aren't developed enough for me to make out structural detail for the Id.
