I see mostly hair algae. So once hair algae gets going, it doesn't just go away. Diatoms, cyano, bacteria blooms; those will disappear on their own. Hair algae will not. You need something to remove it. How big is your tank? If it's big enough, then bristletooth tangs usually do the job. Fox face are hit or miss in my experience, but good fish to try. I've had good luck with lettuce slugs. Snails and hermit crabs have never put a dent in it for me, but you might have more luck. If you can remove the rock then squirting hydrogen peroxide on the algae and then rinsing it in saltwater before putting back in the tank is very effective. When you are completely fed up and out of patience, algae fix marine is a good chemical option for hair algae. I've used it with good results but it killed all my snails. So I'd leave it as a last resort.
Hair algae is crappy to look at, but easily defeated. Otherwise the tank is looking good, beat if luck.
