what is this Algea? It’s a new tank (month old) with light for refugium. Only showing Algea where the light hits.

Should I treat of let alone?
 
Looks like a pretty normal bloom for a new tank, I would not be too concerned (don't start dumping in chemicals). If it gets thick, siphon it out with your normal water change. Scrub it with a tooth brush if need be.

Algae is a normal part of the reef, both in the wild and in our tanks. Check out this video for some good information:

 
Just normal brown algae that starts at beginning. Will turn to a gree algae after month or so
