Algea ID- AKA is this Bryopsis

Been fighting this for about 6 months and am now sure where to go next. Originally thought it was GHA but seems indestructible and immune to low nutrients and manual removal. Can anyone ID so I can be comfortable nuking it with Fluconazole?

What are those zoas?

Yeah I have been going back and forth between some red slime, green hair, and bubble algae while messing with my nutrient levels and flow. Although through it all I cannot seem to get rid of the darker brown so I started reading through the algae guide and thought it looked familiar.

I believe those zoas are bam-bams. Pretty cheap and grow fast when not dying to Bryopsis
