Algea ir Bacteria?

hello everyone has an idea what that can be? I believe that it is algae, but it could also be bacteria because it is easy to dissolve; sometimes they are also on the corals. then they are closed until I wave it away. I hope someone can help and has an idea. nitrate and phosphate are at 0 but are added. many thanks

Individual bacteria are difficult see. The golden color suggests diatoms or dinoflagellates. Try to obtain a a picture of the individual organisms in those masses.
 
It may be chrysophyte

You would need a microscope pic for ID, you can get a cheap one on amazon.

once properly ID’ed people can help with what worked for them.
